This person is suspected of using a woman's ATM card to unlawfully withdraw money.

Information

On March 25, a woman was using the ATM machine to conduct two transactions at her local bank. A few days later, she could not locate her ATM card so she checked her account for activity and noticed a cash withdrawal that she did not make. The victim notified law enforcement and provided them with the receipt of her transaction. Investigators went to the bank and reviewed surveillance video from the ATM machine. Less than one minute after she concluded her transaction, this man was caught on bank surveillance cameras. The suspect withdrew $300 while her card was still inside the ATM machine.
